Annual Maintenance Agreement

Annual Maintenance Agreements are available for all eRez Imaging Server and FSI Viewer software purchases. In addition to free minor products, free major version upgrades are included with the purchase of an Annual Maintenance Agreement. Details on Coverage, Pricing and Terms and Conditions are presented below. The initial maintenance agreement must be purchased no later than 30 days after the purchase of the product.

Definitions

A Product Update is a maintenance release including modifications and enhancements. Such modifications and enhancements may be aimed at fixing software bugs. Product Updates are freely available to all registered customers from the YaWah.com website as soon as they become available
A Product Upgrade is a major new release of a product such as version 3.0 or 4.0.

Coverage
Purchase of an Annual Maintenance Agreement covers:

Free minor product updates. All minor version updates are available for download at http://www.YaWah.com.
Free major product upgrades. Major version upgrades are shipped upon software release using the shipping information provided on the original order.

Pricing
The annual maintenance fee is of 20% of the suggested retail price.

Terms and Conditions
Renewal: The agreement renews automatically. A certificate will be issued at the time of purchase listing the renewal date. Unless the Agreement has been cancelled, a renewal form will be sent to the contact listed below. If a response is not received within 30 days, the agreement will be considered canceled. Renewal amounts will not change for the first three years. After that period, renewal amounts will be based on the prevailing suggested retail price.

Cancellation
The maintenance agreement can be cancelled at any time in writing by e-mail, fax or letter. In case of cancellation, YaWah.com will not prorate or issue any refunds for any unused time on this agreement. There are no grace periods for cancellations.
